I usually meditate while boiling water for tea mindfulness
yet recently I’ve been reciting a sutra.
Beyond the religious meanings,
this is what I felt when I was doing a meditation training in India
but I think the vibration you make while reciting a sutra or chanting a mantra,
is the healing frequency for your mind and body.
Also once you get the points,
you can actually realize it with just whatever sounds
like Japanese “a i u e o”. I will show you how next time!
