Raise your self compassion, the heart of mindfulness

Self-compassion represents a peaceful and mindfulness state of mind that is not influenced by criticism or praise, sadness or happiness

Steps to Build a Well-Balance Attitude in Mindfulness

In order to focus on the present moment, as it is, you will learn the cycle below to let go of one-sided attitudes and make it a habit by practicing mindfulness

Why don’t you just focus from the start?

 

Imagine that you can focus easily when you are feeling good. Yet when you are not, your mind would begin to wander. This fundamental attitude is important to establish

Why do you need to “be aware” and “accept” it even though you are going to let it go?

There is a considerable difference between “being aware, accepting, and letting go” and “being ignorant” in terms of your attitude toward your potential issue

If you live happily without any problem, this question might not be important for you. However if you have free-floating anxiety or difficulty in living everyday for an unknown reason then this training will be helpful for you. It’s a common case that what you have been ignoring or denying, unconsciously, is generating your problems. For this reason, establishing a habit to intentionally be aware, accept, and let go of it will become the foundation of your peaceful life moment to moment.

 

※In case you have a problem for unknown reason, it might be a good idea to take our “True Voice” healing session to find out and heal your emotional pain or trauma in your early years in the subconscious

Do I need to let it go even if it’s a good awareness?

You will practice to maintain your self-compassion which is your center axis and you are free from anything whether it is positive or negative. So you will be aware, thankfully accept, and let it go.

 

Beware of becoming obsessed with good awareness!

For example, it is great to be aware that you are valuable but that can change into obsession or addiction. If someone criticizes you and that makes you hostile or hurt too much, it would be a warning to yourself for becoming self-centered and egoistic. If you truly love yourself, you are accepting who you are and cannot be affected by criticism or praise by others

The quality of mindfulness will be improved as you are aware, accept, and let go about the true nature of yourself based on the 4 themes as below:

1. "Senses" are what is happening right now

Mindfulness is about when you are perceiving what is going on in this moment. Look at your senses right here that you tend to ignore on busy days

2. If your "Emotions" are unstable,

your mind would never stop wandering

If your『Emotions』are unstable, your mind would never stop wandering

If you are obsessed with or denying a certain emotion, it would haunt you and prevent you from focusing on the present moment all the time

 

3. You will become at ease once you know

your “Cognitive” habits

Why am I alone so suffering? Maybe it comes from your cognitive distortion. Learning the habits of your cognitive distortion is the first step for your easy life

4. "True self" is the real host to gain awareness

Who is going to be aware, accept and let go of it? When your true self does it as a host, the quality of mindfulness will be maximized

We shouldn't miss studying Japanese tea when we practice cha-link tea mindfulness. Your enriched knowledge of tea will enhance the quality of relaxation and concentration

Curriculum Part 3 :Master cha-link

Now you are ready to master cha-link

You have already attained the foundation of mindfulness and tea. So now you will master cha-link as practicing mindfulness with tea.

Curriculum Part 4 :Become an Ambassador

Take the Ambassador Challenge

The final exercise to be a cha-link Ambassador is to create your original “cha-link” with your favorite tea. The participants will present it and practice it with the others together on the final day

We continue to support cha-link Ambassadors in order for them to keep enjoying sharing what they have learned with their communities

 

Curriculum Schedule

You will take a lecture and workshop for 3 and a half hours once in a week. Working on homework every week, it will take 8 weeks to complete the curriculum.
